HABC Level 2 Award in HACCP
for Food Manufacturing
The course will be especially useful for those involved in maintaining Hazard Analysis and Critical Control (HACCP) in a manufacturing environment, and for those who are or will be part of a HACCP team. This qualification is internationally recognised for reducing the risk of food safety hazards.
This HACCP qualification will provide learners with the knowledge of the procedures required to develop HACCP and how the principles of HACCP are applied in a food production environment.
The Level 2 Award in HACCP for Manufacturing is aimed at those working in a food manufacturing environment. The course is intended for candidates already working in food manufacturing and those who are preparing to work in the industry.
Written multiple choice examination. The exam consists of 15 questions that must be completed in 30 minutes. In order to pass, learns will have to correctly answer 10 of the 15 questions.
