Manage people effectively, responsibly and legally to get the most from individuals and protect yourself and your organisation
As employers we have ethical and legal responsibilities to our employees. When managers don’t have a strong understanding of these responsibilities and how to take proactive measures, they can easily make mistakes. The steps to minimise issues are straightforward yet dealing with fallout can be costly and damaging to individuals and the organisation.
Managers will leave full of practical information and advice, breaking down their responsibilities under the UK’s legislative framework. The experienced facilitator will create a safe environment where managers will be able to discuss and learn from the experiences of others. They will have a greater understanding of how to limit the impact of potential issues by acting proactively within the context of the latest developments in case law.
