The Level 5 in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management is for Project Managers or ‘Middle Managers’ to improve their existing skills and prepare them for senior responsibilities. We offer the full qualification from Award, Certificate or Diploma levels.

Course Overview

ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management is a concise qualification designed to help senior managers move into higher leadership roles. This course will develop your skills and experience, improve your performance and prepare you for senior management responsibilities. You can choose from a diverse range of units to complete your ILM qualification. The flexibility in choice allows the Level 5 Award to be tailored to meet the needs of the individual and employer.

ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management is the perfect preparation for a successful transition into senior leadership. It focuses on development of an individual’s ability to lead and motivate a team, providing strategic leadership as well as improving everyday operational management knowledge, including benchmarking managerial skills to boost your confidence and career.

ILM Level 5 Diploma is the most comprehensive qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management. Upon completion of the diploma course, you will be able to improve your own leadership performance through action learning, and will become qualified in management problem solving and leadership decision-making skills.

Who should attend?

Course Duration

The course duration is dependant on the qualification level, but varies from 4 day to 8 days. 

Assessment

Learners will be assessed from a range of project work and assignments.
