Action Learning is a powerful tool which allows you to explore challenges, reflect on potential actions and learn from experience. It can be used in a wide variety of different contexts such as; during organisational transformation, supporting leadership learning and facilitator training and collaboration across team boundaries.
This course will equip you with the practical skills to lead face-to-face action learning sets and build your confidence by applying your learning to set facilitation during the course. The course will also explore different ways action learning can be embedded in your organisation.
This course is aimed at learning and development professionals, leaders and senior managers who want to embed action learning in their organisation or team. They may be taking the role of an action learning facilitator or want to fully understand the process and its potential benefits so they can advocate for its introduction.
