The Maximising Impact of HR course provides a boost of skills and some alternative models for operating HR, OD, L&D, recruitment, HR business partnering and reward and employee relations. Informed by Perry Timm’s book ‘Transformational HR’ the course offers a thorough grounding in contemporary HR innovation and how you can embed new practices in your workplace.
