Co-design presents a different way of thinking about how to engage and involve stakeholders in service design, project or organisational development and change.
Starting from a view that projects and services are best developed with those that will use or deliver them, the co-design method involves users in the initial project vision, through development and testing to implementation and advocacy.
The Client Services Course will introduce you to the tools and methods of co-design and how you can practically apply then in different scenarios. Case studies will be used to explore the potential and how to overcome challenges along the way.
The course is aimed at leaders and managers developing new services and projects with employees or clients and service users within the public and charity sectors. The course is also relevant to HR and OD professionals involved in facilitating change within an organisation.
