Hackathons have been used for some time by software developers as a way of focusing innovation and new developments. In this HR Guide to Hackathons course Perry Timms, the renowned expert on HR transformation, takes the Hackathon concept and demonstrates how it can be applied by HR professionals to bring about new thinking and disruptive and collaborative innovation.
