Investigating a Business Issue is a CIPD Level 7 Diploma module and is usually taken in the second year of the programme.
Qualified HR or L&D professionals should be able to research relevant topics and write reports that can persuade key stakeholders in the organisation to change or adopt a particular policy and practice.
With this module you will identify and develop a business issue with strategic significance and undertake a critical literature review. You will compare research methods and relevance, undertake analysis, draw conclusions and make recommendations. You will then write a reflective account on your research.
