Developing Skills for Business Leadership is a CIPD Level 7 Diploma module and is usually taken in the second year of the programme.
This module focuses on developing leadership skills and managing practice with emphasis on thinking and decision making, the management of financial information, team working, IT and interpersonal skills. By the end of the module you will have gained skills to effectively make decisions, lead and influence others and manage people.
