  • Our employees trained on an In-house CMI Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management course with Acacia Learning in 2012 as part of our management development programme.  I met with a number of providers and I felt that Acacia Learning was the best match for us.  They demonstrated an understanding of what we needed, could offer advice and suggestions about the programme design and were able to offer some flexibility.   I was very satisfied working with Acacia as they always respond to any enquiries very quickly and kept us up-to-speed on the progress of the programme.   We had two tutors on the programme who were both very friendly and helpful.  I met with both before the start of the programme and they gave me confidence that they would be able to work well with our delegates.  They were very knowledgeable about their subjects and, though supportive, were also able to keep the group on their toes and to deadlines.  The delegates learnt a lot from the programme about the theoretical aspects of management.  However, more importantly, they were able to practically apply what they were learning as they went along.  Even now they are putting learning into practice in new situations as they arise.   If I were in need of a similar programme for our employees or other training in the future, I would most certainly consider using Acacia Learning again.
